Chlorinated Rubber Corrosion Protective Coatings
Product introduction:
Composed of chlorinated rubber, pigments, plasticizer, additives and solvents.
Characteristics: 1)Fast dry,recoatable after 5-6 hr at ambient temperature.
2)No limitation for application temperature, can be applied at -20°C~+50°C.
3)Easy application with various application methods as it is usually a 1K system.
4)Easy for thick film application. It is easy to reach the required film thickness when the high-build chlorinated paint is applied by high-pressure airless spray.
5)Good durability,little changes of the film after long-term service.
6)Good corrosion protective properties. Chlorinated rubber is a inert resin,which shows lower water and oxygen permeability and good resistance to alkali, salt fog, acid, water, oxidant, corrosive gases and good weatherability.
7)Easy maintenance.
8)Good anti fungi and fire retardant properties because of high chlorine content.
9)Good adhesion with proper primers.
