Xinghai polyurethane coatings are based on polyisocyanates and polyester polymers, which are modified with special resin, to formulate high performance polyurethane corrosion protective coatings. It is divided into three categories: varnish, primer and top coatings, which are all 2K systems. Component A is a hydroxyl containing resin, incorporated with pigments and fillers in primers or pigmented coatings; component B is the polyisocyanate prepolymer hardener. The high build polyurethane heavy-duty coatings shows excellent comprehensive performance: good weatherability, decoration and gloss and color retention. The coatings film is featured by its good resistances to oils, water,boiling water, seawater, acids, and alkali, and heat resistance( up to 160°C ); good adhesion (hard and tough ), abrasion,and fast dry. It can be applied even at humid environment. It can be blended with various resins to form a variety of multifunctional coatings to meet various application requirements. This coatings has been widely used for protection on steel structures, aluminum alloys, underground pipes, gas pipes, oil tanks, storage tanks, machinery, electric motors, ships,bridges, harbors, rubbers, and concrete.
