The Xinghai heat resistant and corrosion protective coatings has been developed for blast furnace, hot air furnace, chimney, flue pipes, exhaust pipes, hot gas pipes, and heat exchangers. The heat resistant temperatures range from 150°C-700°C, such as S61-160 polyurethane heat resistant and corrosion protective coatings, C61-200 alkyd heat resistant coatings, WE61-250 silicone heat resistant and corrosion protective coatings, WE-61-400 heat resistant and corrosion protective coatings, WE61-500, WE61-550, WE61-600, and WE61-700 silicone heat resistant and corrosion protective coatings. All these heat resistant coatings are formulated with heat resistant resins, such as polyurethane, alkyd and silicone resins, special heat resistant pigments, additives, and curing agents, which have shown excellent resistancesto temperature shock, corrosion, chemical environment, and outdoor exposure.
